HOW TO ENTER:

• You may enter the Contest beginning at 00:00:00 (IST) on 13th October, 2015 and ending at 23:59:59 (IST) on 17th October, 2015 (the "Contest Period"). To enter, during the Contest Period you must meet the following requirements: 
• (1) Make at least one purchase on the Amazon.in mobile application of a value more than INR 299 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Ninety Nine) on any day during the Contest Period to be eligible for participation in the Contest for that particular day.
• It is clarified that if a customer has not made a purchase on a particular day during the Contest Period, he shall not be eligible for participation in the Contest for that particular day.
• It is also clarified that if a participant makes multiple purchases during a day, his entry for the purposes of the Contest for that day shall still be a single entry and increasing the number of purchases during a single day shall not increase the probability of winning; 
• (2) On each day during the Contest Period, amongst the participants who make a purchase during that day, one participant will be selected by a random draw of lots to answer a qualifying Contest question which will enable the participant to win a chance to receive 1Kg of 22 carat certified gold in such form and manner as may be decided by Amazon in its sole discretion ("Prize"). 
• (3) The participant selected in accordance with the above will be required to answer a qualifying Contest question correctly within a time period which would be communicated to the selected participant by email, in order to be declared winner of the Contest. 
• (4) If the selected participant does not respond back to the communication made by Amazon within 30 minutes, or answers incorrectly, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner and shall be automatically disqualified from the Contest. Selected participant will also be required to prove his/ her age, and provide any other details and/or documents as may be required by Amazon within such period as may be required by Amazon, failing which they will be disqualified from the Contest.
• The selected participant agrees that there shall be no liability on Amazon in the event that a communication from Amazon does not reach such participant/ or is delayed on account of any reason whatsoever.
• In such cases, another participant will be selected by a random draw of lots who will further be required to answer the qualifying question correctly within a time period which would be communicated to the selected participant by email, in order to be declared winner of the Contest.
• This process will be repeated until a winner has been declared. 
• (5) Once a winner is declared, Amazon shall notify a detailed procedure which will have to be followed by the winner to be able to claim the Prize and receive/ collect it. 

PRIZES:

• This Contest shall be conducted over a period of 5 days. One Prize will be given per day during the Contest Period to the declared winner for that day.
• If a participant has won a Prize on one day during the Contest Period, he shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest thereafter during the Contest Period. 

ODDS OF WINNING:

• Odds of winning depend on satisfaction of the eligibility criteria outlined above and following the steps outlined in the ‘how to enter’ section.
• Mere participation in the Contest shall not entitle a participant to the Prize.
