HOW TO AVAIL THE OFFER:

•  Go through the regular ticketing flow for selecting the movie, cinema and show of your choice.
• Proceed to Payments page
• Confirm your details by providing your email id & mobile number as this information will be used for confirming your transaction.
• To avail offer, check 'Avail Discounts & Offers’.
• Click on the tab - Credit/ Debit Cards
• Click on "Select Offers" and click on the Citibank World Debit card offer from the Offer drop down list.
• Enter your 16 digit Debit Card number in the box and click on "Apply Offers".
• Congratulations! You would have successfully availed your offer.
• To pay the remaining transaction amount, Click on Debit/Credit card in the Payment Options box. Enter your Name on the card, 16 digit Debit/Credit Card number in the box, Expiry date and CVV card details.
• Alternatively, you can also pay the remaining transaction amount through QuikPay! A feature which lets you save your card on BookMyShow. All you have to do is click on the QuikPay check box once you have filled in your card details on Debit/Credit card option under payments option.
• For your next transaction, select QuikPay as your payment option, select the card no. You want to transact with and fill in your CVV and you would have purchased your tickets!

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• In case you have applied for the discount but the transaction doesn't go through for some reason, kindly wait for 20 minutes before trying to avail the discount again.
• The customer will have to pay internet handling fee as levied on each ticket.
• The current purchase process at www.bookmyshow.com will remain unchanged till the stage where the eligible Card number is provided. After this stage the website will recognize the eligible Card, reduce the bill amount and inform the transacting eligible Cardholder accordingly.
• This Offer is valid ONLY for users coming directly to the BookMyShow Website or mobile app and not via individual cinema sites.
• Offer is applicable on all partner cinemas in India for which tickets can be booked on www.bookmyshow.com or Bookmyshow mobile app.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer / discounts / promotions at the theatres 
• Tickets are subject to availability at the cinema.
• The number of free tickets available daily are limited and customers can avail this offer on a First Come First Serve basis.
• Tickets once bought online, shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
• Once the booking is committed, the confirmation mail/SMS received from Bookmyshow needs to be exchanged with the ticket available at the theater.
• Cardholders shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the offer being availed.
• Bigtree & Citibank reserve the right to disqualify any Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program. If case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program.
• Bigtree & Citibank Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• Bigtree & Citibank Bank also reserve the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Individual Cinema rules applicable.
